Customer Service Associate – Part Time
Skills Required:
· Excellent communication and computer skills
· Time management and organizational skills
· Relationship management skills
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel & Word
· Ability to Multi-Task
· Experience in high volumes of time sensitive data entry
Duties Include:
· Assisting at the counter in our on-site retail store
· Assisting in answering in-bound sales calls
· Working with Electronic Order Systems to maintain orders & shipments
· Logging shipments & answering customers inquiries
· Maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Coordinate & Support on-going sales efforts
· Other duties as required
Location is on city bus route
Part tIme:
Monday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
