Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Maintenance Technician with hands on experience .
4 days a week with Fridays and weekends off
( approx 32 hrs a week)
The ideal candidate will possess strong residential repairs and maintenance skills. This position is for a self motivated individual that likes to be busy with a keen eye that identifies items that need repair and can perform a variety of the repairs themselves
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings
Qualifications
- Proven hands on experience in residential construction (Drywall, painting, flooring, lighting etc)
- Mechanical knowledge related to building systems an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation.
- Self starter with strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
