You'll work directly alongside one of our top-performing sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience with every aspect of the sales process. From preparing proposals and quotations to attending meetings, learning client relationships, and understanding municipal procurement, you'll receive the mentorship and experience needed to eventually manage your own accounts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing professional quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Supporting our senior sales representative with client and project activities
- Working with municipalities, landscape architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinating sales administration and project documentation
- Following up with clients and assisting with ongoing opportunities
- Learning our products, industry, and municipal purchasing process
- Assisting with presentations and sales materials
- Gradually developing the knowledge and confidence to manage your own client accounts

Qualifications
We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who checks every box.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Post secondary education or relevant experience
Experience in any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Preparing proposals or quotations
- Municipal purchasing or procurement
- Public tenders and bid submissions
- Landscape architecture or landscape construction
- Construction or recreation industries
