What You’ll Do
- Assist Licensed Automotive Technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform routine services: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks
- Support advanced repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems
- Use diagnostic tools and follow Lexus/Toyota repair procedures
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all health & safety regulations and dealership policies
- Participate in manufacturer and in-house training programs
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentice (Ontario)
- Strong interest in automotive technology and repair
- Basic mechanical knowledge and tool familiarity
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Previous dealership or shop experience
- Exposure to luxury or import vehicles
- Experience with diagnostic scanners and electronic systems
- Familiarity with Toyota or Lexus systems
