HVAC Installer – Residential

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician to join our Mississauga-based team. This is a senior-level role ideal for a technician who is equally comfortable performing installation and basic service work.
Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal systems (GSHP), IAQ equipment, and accessories
- Service, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (beginner to intermidate level)
- Perform system commissioning and testing
- Lead and supervise a 2-person crew
- Ensure compliance with TSSA, ESA, and local codes
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Maintain company vehicle and tools in a clean and professional condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
- Experience in both installation and basic service
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 313D, G2, and/or 308R License is an asset
- Experience with Heat Pumps is a plus
- Experience with field management software (e.g., Jobber, ServiceTitan) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $52.00 per hour
