- Consult & Listen: Conduct thorough consultations to ensure the client gets exactly what they envisioned.
- Create an Oasis: Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times.
- The Little Details: Offer refreshments, maintain a tidy workspace, and ensure every client leaves feeling pampered, not just "serviced."
- Build Relationships: Remember client preferences and foster long-term loyalty through genuine care.
A Note on the Head Spa Role:
Because the Head Spa experience is deeply relaxing and intimate, we are looking for someone who can transition from the upbeat energy of the nail floor to a calm, quiet, and nurturing presence for spa treatments. We will provide full training to help you master this balance.
