About ESUBLU:
ESUBLU is a social media marketing company with two arms: a full-service agency producing high-production content for Ottawa businesses, and a platform that connects brands with everyday people who share content to their Instagram Stories for pay. We are preparing for a major product launch and are building the team to drive it.
The Role:
We are seeking a driven, technically minded marketing professional to lead ESUBLU's growth at a critical launch stage. This person operates at the intersection of two strengths: exceptional communication and a systems-first mindset. They build relationships with business owners, creators, and influencers with ease, and they are equally comfortable working alongside our IT team to design and build the marketing systems that make the whole operation faster and smarter.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who does not just run marketing but improves how it runs. If you like building processes, integrating tools, and bringing new ideas to the table, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead influencer and creator outreach: identify, contact, and onboard creators to the ESUBLU platform. This is a top priority ahead of launch.Manage business outreach and communication across email, direct message, and calls. Book meetings and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective clients.Work closely with the IT team to design and build marketing systems: back-office tools, data pipelines, automated reporting, and workflows that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.Bring new ideas and approaches to how ESUBLU runs marketing. We want someone who improves the system, not just operates it.Own ESUBLU's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, including content, community engagement, and trend monitoring.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other platforms, using performance data to adjust spend and improve results.Set up and maintain conversion tracking and marketing automation (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations).Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and paid advertising.Proven track record managing campaigns and running sponsored ads across major social platforms.Technical understanding of CRM integration, marketing automation, and data-driven optimization tools.Experience collaborating with IT or development teams on marketing systems is a strong asset.Working knowledge of tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Asana.
