School Bus Driver: Islamic School (2 Positions Available)
We are currently hiring two reliable and safety-focused School Bus Drivers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Our drivers transport students to and from one private school each day while providing a safe, friendly, and professional experience.
Available Positions
Position 1 – B-Class Licence Required
- Route: Thorncliffe Park to the Scarborough Town Centre (STC) area
- Morning and afternoon split shift (approximately 4 hours per day)
- Can be alternate areas nearby or on/around the route
Position 2 – E-Class Licence Required
- Route: Toronto West (Weston, Finch, Sheppard, and surrounding areas)
- Morning and afternoon split shift (approximately 4 hours per day)
- Can be alternate areas nearby or on/around the route
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a yellow school bus following assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus when required.
- Follow all traffic laws and school bus safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus.
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and management.
Qualifications
- Valid B-Class or E-Class Ontario School Bus Driver's Licence (depending on the position).
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Previous school bus driving experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable attitude.
- Commitment to student safety and punctuality.
