Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detail Manager to oversee our vehicle detailing operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily detailing activities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results
- Train and mentor detail staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage
- Monitor quality control to meet company standards and customer expectations
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow to optimize productivity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with services rendered
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with vehicle cleaning when needed, demonstrating hands-on involvement in the detailing process
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing, with previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in automotive detailing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends if required
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for automotive care
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
