We are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to support the growth and performance of a fast-paced retail e-commerce business. This role combines digital marketing, website management, content updates, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce site content and customer experience
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and promotional launches
- Support paid media initiatives across Google and Meta platforms
- Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and customer journey insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support online growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce KPIs is an asset
