- Our IDS print division offers a full range of Hardware and Software solutions. We currently carry the Konica Minolta, Canon and Epson full lines of Business office equipment including software.

You will:
- Performing full installations of business machines, including network setup for print and scan-to-email functions
- Participating in online, virtual, and in-person training sessions from Canon, Konica Minolta, and Epson
- Diagnosing and resolving customer-reported issues remotely and on the customers’ sites
- Conducting product demonstrations and customer training sessions
- Managing inventory of parts and materials assigned to you
- Providing exceptional customer support and service
- Handling service calls efficiently, ensuring timely contact and resolution within established guidelines
- Assisting with office operations, including shipping/receiving, dispatch, and supplies as needed
- Collaborating with experienced technicians to deliver high-quality service
- Arranging Installs and deliveries with the customer.
- Safety shoes are required at certain job sites and must be provided by the employee.
Requirements:
- Lifting up to 100 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Applicant must possess some knowledge of computers and electronics, computer/digital technology or related fields.
- A+ and/or Network+ Certification an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
