Position Overview:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to support our construction teams on commercial and multi-residential projects in the Greater Moncton area and across New Brunswick. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as directed.
- Assist with demolition, excavation, and site preparation work.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications:
- No prior construction experience required - training provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided).
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is an asset.
- Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) certification is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
