Overview
We are currently seeking 2nd Year-4th year Electricians and Instrumentation Technicians for an industrial project in Fort Mac. Fly in, fly out, and Camp accommodations provided.
This project includes electrical and instrumentation installations associated with new piping systems, cable routing and installation, equipment tie-ins, and plant retrofit activities. Successful candidates will join a skilled workforce supporting critical turnaround operations in a demanding industrial environment, with opportunities to contribute to a high-profile maintenance and construction project.
Responsibilities
- Install and support instrumentation and electrical systems
- Pull, route, and terminate cable as required
- Assist with plant retrofit and turnaround activities
- Install and support new piping-related electrical and instrumentation components
- Follow site safety procedures and quality standards
- Work effectively within a team environment while maintaining productivity and safety compliance
Qualifications
Required:
- Registered 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or Instrumentation Techs.
- Previous industrial construction, maintenance, or turnaround experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Physically capable of working in an industrial environment
Applicants must possess valid copies of the following:
- CSTS
- WHMIS
- Fall Protection
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- Confined Space Entry
Additional Requirement:
- Successful completion of a DNA test as required by the client
