Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products and services.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and applications to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients in both English and Spanish to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve diverse markets effectively.
- Ability to work independently within a territory while collaborating with internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed. Pay: $80,000.00-$189,249.65 per year
