Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills are essential
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal
· Demonstrated excellent correspondence skills
· Clear, precise, professional, and helpful telephone manner
· High level of responsibility and commitment
· Excellent organizational skills – showing flexibility in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
· Team player with proven success in relationship building
· Previous Hotel or Club experience an asset
· Other languages an asset
Duties Include:
· Answering phones and using a switchboard
· Email communication
· Checking in/out of guests
· Responding to guest/member inquiries, providing concierge service
· Cash handling and processing forms of payment
· Reporting to management
· Communicating between departments
· Administration work assigned by management
· Upholding the house rules
· Stand for long periods of time, use stairs, lift 45 lbs.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $21.50-$22.50 per hour

Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
