Peter’s Painting is looking to hire a Painter Hepler to join the team for 2026.
This job is ideal for individuals with some experience in residential painting. We are looking for an individual who would like the opportunity to grow with the company. Ideal candidates will want a career in painting, and have interest in growing responsibilities, such as becoming a job site leader. Successful candidates must have their own reliable vehicle to use to get to and from job sites.

Job Description
- Working as part of a crew to complete residential and commercial painting projects
- Physically need to be able to perform tasks such as working on baseboards and climbing ladders
- This position will roughly be 90% interior painting, 10% exterior painting
- Majority of job sites will be in Hamilton and Burlington. However jobsites will also span across the Greater Hamilton Area to cities such as Cambridge, Grimsby, Oakville, etc.
- Up to 44 hours per week, or 80 hours bi-weekly. Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and evenings
Must Have's
- Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle to use daily to get to and from job sites
- Applicants must be able to cut-in a straight line with a brush
- Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a relatable painting position
- Applicants must have experience in various painting tasks such as; caulking, wall repair, sanding, taping, rolling and brushing
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
