Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales & Showroom Associate
XZORA — South Granville, Vancouver

XZORA is seeking a polished, confident and sales-driven individual to join our luxury home décor showroom on South Granville.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of style, enjoys connecting with customers and knows how to turn genuine conversations into completed sales. This position combines customer service, luxury retail sales, premium gift wrapping, showroom presentation and support for private trade events.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a warm, elevated showroom experience
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable décor pieces
- Explain product stories, features, styling possibilities and pricing
- Follow up with interested customers and help close sales
- Process purchases using Square POS
- Provide premium gift wrapping and carefully package purchased items
- Arrange and refresh product displays throughout the showroom
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal showroom decoration
- Support private events and trade shows for interior designers, architects and contractors
- Help with event setup, guest welcome, product presentation, lead collection and teardown
- Take occasional product photos or short social-media videos
- Maintain light showroom upkeep, including dusting displays, tidying merchandise, organizing the packaging area and keeping the showroom presentable
- Assist with other reasonable showroom duties when required
Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail, furniture, home décor, fashion, jewellery, gallery or premium gift-store experience
- Demonstrated ability to build customer trust and close sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished and fashion-aware presentation
- Experience with gift wrapping and product packaging
- Interest in interior styling, art, décor or visual merchandising
- Comfortable attending and assisting with evening or weekend trade events
- Reliable and able to commute consistently to South Granville
- Available approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends
This position has the potential to become full-time based on performance, reliability and the future needs of the business.
Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience, with the possibility of a performance-based sales bonus.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
