Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent to join our team at Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community in Canada. This pivotal role involves overseeing landscape and golf course maintenance to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards. Your contributions will support our mission to deliver outstanding recreational and residential experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the golf course and landscape maintenance teams.
- Supervise irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape upkeep activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for construction projects related to landscape improvements.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Support planning and implementation of future development project
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising landscape or golf course maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.
- Experience with construction projects is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A relevant degree or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is advantageous.
