Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling warranties, aftermarket products, processing finance applications and funding contracts. All while maintaining our current strong relationships with our customers. Your expertise in Finance and Sales will be essential in achieving targets and goals set by the dealership.
Duties
- Taking credit applications from customers.
- Selling Warranties and business offering products.
- Strong ability to build value in such products.
- Distribute get readies to ensure deliveries are executed by Service Department.
- Co-ordinate with insurance companies to ensure this is obtained by the customer prior to delivery.
- Negotiate sales and or lease products with customers and facilitate deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations with OMVIC.
Skills
- Strong office and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of Warranties and business offering products. Including Life, Disability, and Gap Insurance.
- Proficient in sales techniques and ability to sell products and build value.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and prospects.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
