What You'll Do:

Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests and modifications.

Preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.

Operating coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing machines.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.

Handling cash and processing payments accurately.

Assisting with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.

Providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.

Following health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
What You'll Need:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drink preparation.
