About Our Family
I am a local business owner and mom to four wonderful children (including a 5-month-old infant, alongside 3, 4, and 6-year-olds) and one friendly dog and a cat! We are looking for a kind, dependable, and proactive Nanny & Household Helper to join our team, care for our little ones, and help keep our home running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Childcare & Transportation
- Infant & Toddler Care: Primary care during the day for our 5-month-old (feeding, naps, engaging play), as well as looking after our 3- and 4-year-olds when home.
- School Pick-Ups: Potential to support with picking up children on some days from school/daycare in the afternoon (a valid driver's license and clean driving record are required).
- Snacks & Meals: Prepare lunches and healthy afternoon snacks for the kids.
Pet Care & Daily Household Support
- Dog Walking: Take our dog for a daily walk or outdoor exercise session while taking a walk with the baby.
- Light Housekeeping: Help with kitchen cleanup after meals, tidying kids' rooms, folding/organizing laundry, and light ongoing maintenance.
- Errands & Meal Prep: Occasional grocery shopping, household errands, or simple meal prep support.
Who You Are
- Experienced & Caring: Hands-on experience caring for infants and young children with a warm, nurturing attitude.
- Reliable Driver: Possesses a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record for school runs.
- Comfortable with Pets: Dog-friendly and happy to take our pup out for regular walks.
- Proactive & Organized: Able to take initiative around the house, manage time well, and maintain a calm, structured routine.
- Great Communicator: Respectful, trustworthy, and responsive via text or phone.
