Account Manager – Red Sands Vacations

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year + sales commissions
Red Sands Vacations manages more than 120 vacation rental properties across Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. We’re looking for an Account Manager to become the dedicated point of contact for our vacation rental owners while helping grow our portfolio through new property onboarding and relationship-based sales.
This is not an operations role. Instead, you’ll act as a concierge and trusted advisor for our owners, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the day they join Red Sands. You’ll guide new owners through the onboarding process, help them prepare their properties for success, and build long-term relationships by making sure they always feel informed, supported, and valued. Once a property is live, our Operations Team manages the day-to-day guest experience, while you remain the owner’s dedicated relationship manager and advocate within Red Sands.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective vacation rental owners, present our management services, and convert qualified leads into long-term management clients.
- Manage the complete onboarding process for every new property, ensuring every detail is organized, communicated, and completed on schedule.
- Assist owners in preparing their properties for launch by helping coordinate furniture, décor, supplies, amenities, photography, and other setup requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of owners, building long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate owner requests such as personal stays, property access, improvement projects, and other non-operational needs.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure owners receive timely updates and a seamless experience throughout their relationship with Red Sands.
- Celebrate successes with owners by sharing strong booking performance, positive guest reviews, revenue milestones, and other wins while also helping navigate concerns professionally when they arise.
- Maintain detailed records, manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously, and ensure no detail is overlooked.

Previous experience in sales, account management, hospitality, tourism, customer success, real estate, or luxury client services is considered a strong asset.
A valid driver’s licence is required. An office vehicle will be available on an as-needed basis for company travel, including owner meetings and property visits. Also indicate on your application if you live on PEI, have a clean criminal record, and valid drivers license.
