We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join Guernsey Plumbing in Kingston. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our team in providing exceptional plumbing services.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software.
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize files, data entry, and document proofreading.
- Support bookkeeping and billing processes.
- Coordinate appointments and schedule maintenance activities.
- Assist with general office organization to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred, preference given to experience within construction .
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage front desk duties.
- Familiarity with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities.
