Vineland Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a part-time or full-time contract position.
We are an established, physiotherapist-owned rehabilitation clinic located in the heart of the Niagara Region. We have a strong reputation within our community, a loyal and growing patient base, and a supportive clinic environment where the focus is on providing excellent individualized patient care.
We are looking for a physiotherapist who is passionate about their profession, confident in their clinical skills and interested in building a long-term relationship with our clinic.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
- Have strong assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment skills
- Demonstrate excellent manual therapy and hands-on treatment skills
- Be confident managing an independent caseload
- Be organized and proficient with clinical documentation
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be motivated, dependable and patient-focused
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
- Be committed to ongoing professional development
Experience with MVA and WSIB patients is an asset; however, training can be provided.
Your Role
As a Physiotherapist with Vineland Physiotherapy, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy treatment, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Develop home exercise and self-management programs
- Educate patients regarding rehabilitation, injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation
- Complete required reports and forms
- Communicate with physicians, insurers, referral sources and other healthcare professionals as required
- Collaborate with our administrative and clinical team to provide coordinated patient care
- Participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives
