Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Regina.
In this role, you will support our organization’s administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations as we work towards empowering youth and fostering community development.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support organizational operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record management.
- Handle bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare account analysis reports.
- Support budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate communication between staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with Quickbooks Online
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial reconciliation procedures.
- Prior experience in a non-profit or community-focused organization is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education in book keeping

Pay: $16.50-$21.00 per hour
