Fun and outgoing, high-energy individual needed for customer service in a family entertainment centre. Candidate must be available Saturdays and Sundays and have own transportation.
Responsibilities include:
- Enthusiastically welcoming guests into the arcade/ escape room
- Assisting children in our augmented reality children's play area
- Assisting customers in and out of VR equipment
- Assisting with shooting simulators
- Helping customers with gameplay and giving continued instruction throughout their sessions
- Using VR software to monitor sessions and anticipate customer needs before they ask for help
- Loading groups into multiplayer games
- Sanitizing equipment after each player
- General cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom duties, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must own a vehicle
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus (preferably, location-based entertainment such as trampoline houses, mini-golf courses or other entertainment facilities)
- Must be excessively friendly and communicate effectively with customers, including children and adults
- Must be comfortable taking feedback from management and using it to provide a better customer experience in the future
