We are currently looking for experienced Foremen to join our team and help lead our field crews.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise cladding installation crews on commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities and maintain project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and crew members.
- Foster a positive, professional, and safety-first work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand in commercial construction (cladding experience is a strong asset).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Solid understanding of commercial building construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Comfortable working at heights of 50+ feet.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fall Protection and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification are considered assets but are not required—we can help the right candidate obtain the necessary training.
