We're looking for an HSEQ Coordinator to support our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) programs and foster a proactive safety culture.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll support the administration and continuous improvement of our HSEQ and ISO 9001 Quality Management System by:
- Coordinating employee training and new hire orientations.
- Investigating incidents and quality non-conformances while managing corrective actions.
- Monitoring HSEQ metrics and reporting trends.
- Supporting COR and ISO 9001 audits.
- Maintaining HSEQ documentation, procedures, and records.
- Managing Workers' Compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
- Supporting contractor compliance programs
- Assisting with safety meetings, toolbox talks, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
What You Bring
- CRSP designation or working toward it
- 3–5 years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and COR audits.
- Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation, Workers' Compensation, and WHMIS.
- Experience with SiteDocs and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Ponoka, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Manufacturing Health and Safety: 3 years (preferred)
