Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook/Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards at all times
- Collaborate with team mxspeembers to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Experience with fryers

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
