This position will include performing repairs, maintenance and renovation tasks, which include, but are not limited to :
- Finish Carpentry
- Flooring (laminate, ceramic tile)
- Drywall
- Trimming
- Painting
- Crack filling
- Changing locks
- Installing doors/windows
- Misc. other tasks as required
- Minor Plumbing
- Minor Electrical
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate for this position will be someone who works well on their own as well as with others. Understand and buy into the "team mentality" to getting the job done and working toward a common goal. He/She must be willing to work a scheduled shift Monday-Friday with possible on call weekends occasionally. Candidate must have a functioning vehicle and valid driver’s license. Should also have their own tools.
