Relevant du directeur de production, l’ingénieur(e) principal(e) de procédés joue un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue et l’optimisation des opérations de l’usine de Bécancour. La personne titulaire du poste agit comme expert(e) technique et contribue directement à la performance, à la fiabilité et à la sécurité des procédés.
Profil recherché
Baccalauréat en génie chimique (ou équivalent)
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en industrie chimique (ou domaine connexe)
Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Certification Lean Six Sigma (atout)
Compétences clés
Solide compréhension des procédés et de leurs impacts techniques et financiers
Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en amélioration continue
Capacité de gestion de projets et d’organisation
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, requise en raison des communications fréquentes avec le siège social de l’entreprise aux États-Unis
Rigueur, autonomie et engagement envers la santé et sécurité
