Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join ourteam in supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to ensure the optimal performance and safety of heavy machinery and equipment. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial equipment, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and analysis skills
- Repair or replace faulty components including engines, hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, and control systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations
- Adhere to safety protocols
- This role involves a combination of shop and field work to maintain and repair a fleet of CAT equipment, including excavators, loaders, and trucks.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
