Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential/Commercial Painter to join our team. This role involves applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various interior and exterior surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming prior to painting
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Perform restoration work on damaged or aged surfaces to restore them to their original condition
- Execute commercial painting projects including large-scale industrial applications
- Manage rigging and scaffolding as needed for high or hard-to-reach areas
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction and timely completion
Experience
- Prior experience in construction painting, residential painting, or commercial/industrial painting is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects
- Experience working with industrial coatings or on large-scale projects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
