Location
This is a hybrid role with in-office work required two days per week at one of our SafetyCo locations. The role also requires travel to other SafetyCo locations across Ontario approximately twice per month.
Project Overview
At SafetyCoLabs, we're building the future of workplace learning and rethinking how businesses discover, evaluate, and buy the solutions they need. Learn more about SafetyCoLabs https://safetycolabs.ca/
As a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer, you'll build the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that help us generate pipeline, understand customers, improve conversion, and scale.
We're looking for a curious, resourceful builder who doesn't wait for a roadmap. You investigate, experiment, learn new tools, and build better solutions. You're comfortable working with customers, technology, and data, and ask questions like: Why do customers buy? What could we automate? How can AI help us work smarter? Most importantly, you care about creating measurable business value, with the freedom to experiment, learn quickly, and solve real business problems.
You'll work across Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, Technology, and Leadership to identify opportunities, remove friction, and turn ideas into measurable business results.
Why This Role Exists
We're not looking to add another traditional marketing or technical role. We need someone who can connect technology, customer behaviour, data, and growth, and turn opportunities into working systems.
This role exists to help SafetyCo work smarter and scale faster by identifying what can be automated, where technology can remove friction, and how better data can improve the customer journey.
We're looking for a builder who takes ownership, thinks independently, experiments, and is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up. If you're energized by solving commercial problems through technology, AI, creativity, and curiosity, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

About SafetyCo
SafetyCo is Canada’s leading integrated workplace safety partner, bringing together specialized safety companies, expert teams, and industry-leading services into one coordinated model, where we’re actively changing how workplace safety is done.
We help take the complexity out of workplace safety by making it simpler and more connected. Instead of juggling multiple providers, clients get one integrated partner for training, consulting, compliance, emergency response, occupational health, and risk management. The result is less chaos, stronger compliance, and safer workplaces that actually run better. And we do this all alongside a team of great people who genuinely enjoy what they do.
This Employment Ontario initiative is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
Hiring Process
We care less about polished interview answers and more about how you think.
During the process, you'll work through a real business problem and a short practical exercise. We'll look at how you approach ambiguity, ask questions, think about customers and revenue, design experiments, and use technology to solve meaningful problems.
We're looking for curiosity, creativity, commercial thinking, and a genuine passion for building.
What Will Make You Stand Out
You'll thrive here if you think like a detective, experiment often, connect technology to business strategy, simplify complexity, and care more about outcomes than activity. You're energized by finding smarter ways to work and building solutions that make a real difference.
