At SyBridge Technologies, we're looking for talented Machinists, including CNC Programmer/Machinists, General Machinists, and Gundrill Machinists, to join our growing manufacturing team. Whether your expertise is in CNC programming, precision machining, or specialized gun drilling, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality tooling and precision components for industry-leading customers. What You'll Do
As a Machinist at SyBridge Technologies, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality tooling and precision components. Depending on your experience and position, you'll be responsible for setting up, programming (where applicable), operating, and maintaining precision machining equipment while ensuring every part meets the highest standards for quality and accuracy.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Set up and operate conventional and/or CNC machining equipment
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Powermill (where applicable)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, Red Line dimensions, and GD&T requirements
- Perform machine setups and optimize machining processes
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements
- Deburr, demagnetize, and clean finished components
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience operating conventional and/or CNC machining equipment
- CNC programming experience using Mastercam and/or Powermill is considered an asset
- Experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC machines is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, machine setups, and inspection techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
