Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for campaigns and posts
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, and generate reports to inform future strategies
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publishing
- Stay informed about industry best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce integrations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Ability to develop creative content that aligns with brand identity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in digital marketing strategy development is required
