Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in electrical systems within industrial and construction environments. The Apprentice Electrician will assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical components, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to advance their career in the electrical trade. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop technical expertise and work on diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including low voltage and power systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Support electricians in reading and following blueprints and schematics for various construction projects.
- Help with wiring, conduit installation, and connection of electrical components according to safety standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Learn to identify potential hazards and assist in implementing safety measures on-site.
Experience
- minimum 1 year prior experience or familiarity with electrical work is required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, schematics, blueprint reading, and construction practices is advantageous.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and low voltage wiring is a plus.
- Strong interest in developing skills within the electrical trade through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
