- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and classroom activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure consistency across programs
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including scheduling, transitions, and behavior management
Qualifications
- Valid certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education or Montessori teaching credentials
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including those with disabilities or special needs
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Demonstrated classroom experience with effective time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
