College or university diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, representation or business development, ideally in the food or consumer products sector.
Knowledge of the Gatineau, Ottawa and Eastern Ontario market is an important asset.
Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel frequently within the territory.
Strong skills in sales, business development and account management.
Excellent ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy and discipline in following up on priorities.
Good understanding of retail, foodservice and distributor networks.
