Job Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources functions within the logistics site. This includes workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The role ensures the site maintains a strong workforce structure, positive employee relations, and compliance with HR, safety, and operational standards, supporting overall business performance.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / JOB CONTENTHR Operations & Workforce Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the warehouse site
- Oversee workforce planning, staffing levels, and labor requirements
- Support operations with hiring plans based on business demand
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse roles (operators, team leaders, supervisors)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and support selection of qualified candidates
- Maintain pipeline for high-volume hiring requirements
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture
- Support disciplinary actions and performance improvement processes
- Ensure consistent communication between employees and management
Training & Development Coordination
- Work closely with Head Trainer / Operations teams to support training programs
- Ensure employees complete mandatory onboarding and compliance training
- Identify workforce skill gaps and support development initiatives
- Promote continuous learning and engagement programs
Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support audits related to HR, safety, and operational compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and company standards
Performance Management
- Support performance review processes for warehouse employees and supervisors
- Assist managers in setting performance expectations and KPIs
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance trends
- Implement HR strategies to improve retention and workforce stability

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSEducation
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (CHRP/CHRL) is an asset
Experience
- 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes (HRIS, payroll, recruitment tools)
- Experience in high-volume hiring and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze HR metrics (turnover, attendance, performance trends)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, reporting, documentation)
