We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Office Administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Office Administrator, you'll be an important part of our day-to-day operations by supporting our office, customers, suppliers, and project team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Processing Accounts Payable and applying customer payments
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Creating purchase orders
- Organizing project files and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating deliveries and communicating with suppliers
- Assisting with scheduling and general office coordination
- Ordering office supplies
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has previous office administration experience (3+ years preferred)
- Has experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Is highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Can prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a team
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the construction, renovation, or cabinetry industry
- Experience with QuickBooks and Jonas
- Experience working in a small business where every day is different
