Who You Are
We're looking for someone who has most of the following qualities and skills:
Professional Skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic computer issues
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional phone, email, and text communication
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- Proactive and always looking for ways to improve efficiency
- Quick learner who enjoys mastering new systems and procedures
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
Experience & Knowledge
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets & Calendar)
- Microsoft Office (intermediate level or higher)
- CRM/database management
- MLS® / Paragon
- Social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Reels and Stories
- Office administration or office management
- Digital and physical filing systems
- Previous real estate experience is a MUST
- Administrative Assistant diploma or certificate from a recognized college (an asset)

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same. Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding professionally to emails and client inquiries
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Maintaining our CRM and client database
- Preparing listing and transaction files
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and client appreciation events
- Supporting our Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Providing in-office support while our Office Manager works remotely periodically
- Occasionally travelling within Edmonton and surrounding areas for administrative errands or appointments
