Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer specialized in SD-WAN (IOS-XE) technology to join our dynamic IT team in. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and high availability across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in network architecture, routing protocols, and network security, with a focus on SD-WAN solutions and Cisco IOS-XE platforms. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecommunication infrastructure, supporting large-scale data centers, cloud integrations, and complex network environments.
Role Overview
Senior engineer to lead global IOS-XE SD-WAN migration completion, stabilization, optimization, SIG enablement, and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities
· Complete global SD-WAN migrations including complex sites
· Stabilize and troubleshoot post-migration issues
· Optimize IOS-XE SD-WAN policies and segmentation
· Standardize configurations and fix design deviations
· Enable and integrate Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
· Perform validation, UAT/NAT testing, benchmarking
· Provide Tier 3 escalation and RCA
· Finalize runbooks and documentation
· Deliver knowledge transfer and training
· Participate in governance and reporting
Must-Have Skills
· Hands-on Cisco SD-WAN (IOS-XE / Viptela)
· vManage, vSmart, vBond expertise
· BGP, OSPF, EIGRP strong knowledge
· SD-WAN migration experience
· Advanced troubleshooting (overlay & underlay)
· Experience in global/multi-site deployments
Nice-to-Have Skills
· SIG solutions (Zscaler, Umbrella)
· Network automation (Python/Ansible)
· Monitoring & SLA tools
· Strong documentation and training experience
Experience & Qualifications
7–10 years experience; CCNP preferred; CCIE is a plus
Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour
