Job Overview
We’re looking for an organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Southfields Physiotherapy Centre team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while assisting with daily administrative and front desk duties.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related paperwork when required.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy clinic is an asset but not required
