Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Support tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, or operating basic machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general site maintenance including waste removal and site tidying to ensure smooth operations
- Help with inventory management by tracking tools and supplies to prevent loss or damage
- Contribute to project progress by completing assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or maintenance sites
- Previous experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed
