The Position
We are looking for Cook / Prep team members to join our kitchen crew on Quinpool Road. We offer hands-on training and actively promote from within!

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked according to Mary Brown’s standards.
- Perform morning kitchen set-up or evening shut-down duties depending on shift.
- Follow proper food safety procedures, including maintaining required labels, logs, and food temperatures.
- Keep all work areas, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Receive deliveries, log storage temperatures, and practice FIFO stock rotation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in quick-service or fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety, cooking methods, and knife handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
