Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vinyl Window Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assemble vinyl window components according to detailed specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble parts
- Perform welding and other fabrication tasks to ensure structural integrity of window units
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during manufacturing operations
- Assist in the setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly, machining, welding, and construction is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment required
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or schematics effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working with vinyl or window manufacturing is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and adhere to safety standards at all times
