Hidden Valley Landscaper is hiring a Landscape Laborer for hands-on outdoor work in the field.
We’re looking for someone dependable who works hard, shows up on time, takes direction well, and cares about doing quality work. This role supports site prep, material handling, installation support, cleanup, and keeping job sites safe and organized.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with landscape installation and job site prep
- Load and move tools, materials, and equipment
- Help with mulch, soil, sod, planting, irrigation, and hardscape support
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Follow direction from the Crew Lead, Foreman, or Owner
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding role
- Landscape, construction, irrigation, or labor experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
