Part-Time Videographer (Greater Toronto Area)

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and creative videographer to join our growing marketing agency on a part-time basis.
You'll be responsible for filming high-quality content for residential service businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, including landscaping, pool installation, home renovations, roofing, fencing, painting, concrete, and other blue-collar industries.
This is a filming-only position—you will not be responsible for editing videos. Our in-house editing team handles all post-production.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client job sites across the GTA
- Capture cinematic video footage for social media advertisements and marketing campaigns
- Film completed projects, work in progress, equipment, crews, and customer testimonials
- Follow shot lists and creative direction provided by our team
- Ensure footage is stable, properly exposed, and organized before delivery
- Upload raw footage after each shoot
Requirements
- Own a professional camera suitable for commercial video
- Own a gimbal for stabilized footage
- Own a drone and hold any required certifications to operate it legally in Canada
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable travelling throughout the Greater Toronto Area
- Strong understanding of camera settings, composition, and movement
- Ability to work independently and arrive on time
Nice to Have
- Experience filming construction, landscaping, home renovation, or other trades
- Portfolio of previous commercial or social media work
- Knowledge of cinematic camera movements and storytelling
