Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of various projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing consultants and contractors, monitoring budgets, identifying risks, and ensuring all project objectives are achieved. The role may involve managing construction, development, infrastructure, and EV-related projects as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and execution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal departments throughout all phases of the project.
- Project Execution: Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Communication & Reporting: Prepare project updates, progress reports, meeting minutes, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
- Construction & Site Coordination: Work closely with site teams to coordinate construction activities, inspections, permitting, procurement, and project milestones.
- Budget & Contract Management: Monitor project costs, review invoices, manage change orders, and assist with contract administration.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, company standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project planning, execution, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, development, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
- Languages: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Mandarin fluency is an asset (verbal and written).
- Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the flexibility to manage diverse projects and changing priorities.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Pay: $59,768.31-$131,501.82 per year
